Victoria Falls Apple Centre

Our Story

Victoria Falls Apple Centre

The store that brought genuine Apple and Samsung to Victoria Falls.

Our story

About us

We opened because buying good technology in Victoria Falls was harder than it needed to be.

For years, anyone here who wanted a new iPhone, an iPad for the kids or a MacBook for work had two options: a long trip to Harare or Bulawayo, or an online order from abroad with no warranty, no support and weeks of waiting. Neither felt reasonable for a town this connected to the world.

Victoria Falls Apple Centre exists to close that gap. We keep genuine Apple and Samsung devices in stock locally, price them openly, and stand behind them after the sale. If something goes wrong, you know where to find us — and we know your name.

We are a small team. That is intentional. It means the person who helps you choose a device is usually the same person who sets it up, transfers your data, and answers the phone six months later when you have a question about iCloud.

Meet the team

The Victoria Falls Apple Centre team: Dickson, technician; Jayden, sales; Michelle, sales; Tanya, sales; Dennis, marketing; Bradley, finance manager; and Ian Chawarika, founder and managing director.

Genuine stock only

Every device we sell is sourced through legitimate supply channels and arrives sealed, unlocked and covered by warranty.

A real shop, real people

You can hold the device before you commit. Ask questions, compare models, and leave knowing exactly what you bought.

Delivery across Zimbabwe

Not in Victoria Falls? We arrange courier delivery to Harare, Bulawayo, Hwange and most towns nationwide.

After-sales support

Setup, data transfer, screen protectors, and warranty claims handled in-store — not through an anonymous call centre.

Stock moves quickly and not everything is listed online. If you do not see what you need, ask us — we can usually source it.

Why buy locally

A grey-import device bought online may be cheaper on paper. It also arrives with no local warranty, no proof of purchase you can use here, and often a carrier lock or a regional model that behaves differently on Zimbabwean networks.

When you buy from us you get a sealed unit, an invoice with our name on it, a warranty we honour ourselves, and a person to talk to. That is the whole proposition.
