Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Victoria Falls Apple Centre. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them.

They are written to be readable rather than impressive. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

There is no checkout on this website. Adding items to your cart and submitting an invoice request is an enquiry — it is not an order, and it does not charge you anything.

A sale only exists once we have confirmed availability, issued you an invoice, and you have accepted it. Until then either side is free to walk away.

Prices on this site are indicative and are confirmed on your invoice. Stock costs and exchange rates change, and we would rather quote you an accurate figure than honour an out-of-date one.

We try hard to describe products, specifications and images accurately, but manufacturers change packaging and specifications without notice. Product photographs are illustrative.

Where a price or description is obviously wrong — a clear typing error rather than a genuine offer — we will tell you and correct it before anything proceeds.

Listings are not a guarantee of stock. Items can sell in the shop faster than the site updates. If something you asked for is unavailable we will offer the closest alternative or an expected arrival date.

Invoices are valid for the period stated on them. After that we may need to requote, because the underlying cost may have moved.

Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full and has cleared.

You may collect from the shop during opening hours, or ask us to arrange courier delivery within Zimbabwe at the cost quoted on your invoice.

Delivery timeframes we give are good-faith estimates. Once a parcel is with a courier, transit times are outside our control, though we will help you follow it up.

Please check your goods on receipt and tell us promptly about anything missing or damaged.

Returns are governed by our returns policy and warranty claims by our warranty policy. Both form part of these terms.

When using the site, please do not:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• —Submit false enquiries, or someone else's contact details, or automated bulk requests
• —Copy our text, photographs or layout for use on another store's site
• —Interfere with the site's operation or security in any way

Trade-in values are quoted only after we have physically inspected a device. Any indicative figure given beforehand is not binding.

You must be the lawful owner of the device, and it must be fully signed out of any iCloud, Google or Samsung account. We cannot accept devices that are locked, reported lost or stolen.

The text, layout and photography on this site belong to us. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners — Apple, Samsung and others — and are used here only to identify the products we sell.

Nothing on this site implies that we are those manufacturers or that they endorse us.

We take responsibility for supplying the goods you paid for and for honouring the warranty and returns policies described on this site.

We are not responsible for indirect losses — lost income, lost data, missed opportunities — arising from a delay or a faulty device. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Zimbabwean consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to a manufacturer or another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published here at the time of your enquiry is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute will be dealt with in the Zimbabwean courts.
