Free local delivery
Delivery within Victoria Falls is free. There is no minimum order value and no charge based on distance inside town — if you are in Vic Falls, we bring it to you for nothing.
We arrange a time with you directly rather than leaving parcels with neighbours or at a gate. Someone needs to be there to receive the device and check it in front of the driver.
Delivery elsewhere in Zimbabwe
We courier nationwide — Harare, Bulawayo, Hwange, Kariba and most other towns. This is not free, because we are paying a courier for it.
The cost depends on the destination and the size of the parcel, and it appears as a line on your invoice before you pay anything. If the courier quote seems steep for what you are ordering, say so and we will look at alternatives with you.
Timing
Local deliveries usually happen the same day or the next working day once payment reflects.
Courier deliveries typically reach major centres within two to four working days. More remote destinations take longer. We share the tracking reference as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Before we dispatch
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. Because there is no online checkout, that means once the amount on your invoice has reflected with us.
We check and photograph high-value devices before they leave the shop, so there is a record of the condition they went out in.
If something goes wrong in transit
Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier before signing.
Tell us the same day if a device arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. We cover the shipping both ways when the fault is ours or the courier's.
